Why I Built This

I used to train every day. It was part of who I was.

Then life happened. Marriage. A baby. Sleepless nights where the gym felt selfish. I told myself I'd get back to it. Every week I said that.

Three years went by. I didn't recognise the man in the mirror. I thought maybe this is just what happens. You get older, you settle, you accept it.

I didn't accept it.

I built a structure that worked around my life, not against it. It got me back.

What happens on the call?+

60 minutes on Google Meet. We go through your schedule, your training history, and your goals. Then I screen share an AI and we build your workout plan, daily routine, and AI coach setup together live. You watch it being built around your actual life. You leave with everything ready to start the next day.

Do I need gym experience?+

No. But this is built for men who used to train and fell off. If you have never been to a gym before, the call will still work. We build around your confidence level and your equipment, not mine.

Do I need a gym membership?+

A gym helps. But if you train at home, we build around whatever equipment you have. The system works with bodyweight, dumbbells, resistance bands, or a full gym. We work with what you have access to.

Do I need to know how to use AI?+

No. I set it up with you on the call and show you exactly how to use it. You also get a prompt library with pre-filled messages you can paste in and use straight away. If you can send a text message, you can use this.

Is this a subscription?+

No. One payment. One call. Everything built. There is no recurring charge, no upsell, and no monthly fee. You pay £150 once and the system is yours.

What do I get after the call?+

Within an hour you receive a voice summary of everything we covered, your full workout plan, and a prompt library for your AI coach. I also check in with you one week and one month after the call to see how you are getting on.

What if I have an injury or limitation?+

I am not a physiotherapist. But if you have been cleared to train by a professional, we build around your limitations. Every exercise is adjustable and we replace anything you are not comfortable with during the call.

Can I book a second call later?+

Yes. But most people only need one. The system is designed to be self-sustaining with the AI coach handling your progression after the call. If you want to go deeper later, you can book again.
